To change your username (email address) log into your MyGoMo accountYou can update your username (email) in the "My Profile" section.
To change your password log into your MyGoMo accountYou can update your password in the "My Profile" section.
First things first... make sure you are using the email address that you registered with for MyGoMo. If you aren't sure you can always use the 'Forgot your email?' link on our login screen to check.If that is correct then maybe it's your password that's the issue. So why not go ahead and choose our 'Forgot your password' link to reset your password. Hopefully that will sort it out!If you haven't used MyGoMo before, you will need to register to get started.
Don't worry that happens us all! Simply go to our login screen and click on "Forgot your password", reset your password and you'll be good to go!
You will receive an email to verify your email and set up your MyGoMo account after you place your order. If the link has expired in your original email, visit MyGoMo and you can register from there.
To add another SIM to your account, simply go to our shop.When you reach the ‘Customer Details’ page, login (if you haven’t already) and we will populate all your details as it is in your account. Then all you have to do is complete your purchase.Remember you can have up to 4 SIMs per account.
Great news! If your home is eligible for GoMo Fibre Broadband you can add it in a few simple steps in our shop.
You can add up to 3 WiFi Boost's to your account. You can add them at the same time as purchasing your GoMo Fibre Broadband or you can login to MyGoMo Account Details section and click on Add/Modify Add-Ons.
You can now have up to 4 GoMo SIMs on one GoMo account. Unfortunately there is no way to merge 2 accounts at this time but will let you know if this changes in the future.Remember, if you have the €9.99 a month for life plan and you cancel this from your account you will not be able to get your €9.99 plan again and you may lose your number.
