GoMo Plans

Contracts entered prior to 15th January 2020 will retain a €9.99 monthly price for life.  

Contracts entered from 15th January 2020 to 8th April 2021 inclusive and from 17th Nov 2025 to 1st Dec 2025 inclusive and 11th Dec 2025 to 22nd Dec 2025 inclusive and 10th Feb 2026 to 23rd Feb 2026 inclusive and 19th Mar 2026 and 30th Mar 2026 inclusive will retain a €12.99 monthly price for life.  

Customers availing of GoMo Mobile and GoMo Fibre Broadband on the same account will receive a €10 monthly discount, which will reduce the monthly price of GoMo Fibre Broadband to €29.99. This discount will be removed if GoMo Mobile is cancelled.

Unlimited minutes and SMS allowances where applicable are subject to a fair usage allowance of 45,000 minutes and 10,000 SMS.

Separate out of plan charges apply to calls / /texts made while roaming outside the EU/EEA, international calls / /texts, directory enquiries, premium rate services and other non-geographical numbers.  The out of plan charges are set out below.   

*The fair usage threshold in relation to data usage for GoMo Mobile is 120GB. Should your data usage exceed 120GB in a billing cycle and GoMo considers that other users are likely to be adversely affected; we reserve the right to limit the data Service. GoMo continuously monitors network performance to ensure that the service received by the Customer is not impacted through a minority of users placing high demand on network resources (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods).  

Data allowances if available at the time of roaming can be used while roaming in the EU/EEA subject to fair use limits where applicable. The EU/EEA roaming fair use allowance is calculated in like with Regulation (EU) No 531/2012 (as amended) and Data wholesale roaming price caps. Where the domestic data allowance has not been fully consumed but the fair use allowance has been fully consumed, a surcharge rate of €1.35 per GB/€0.00135 per MB (based on Regulated rate of €1.10 per GB excl. VAT) will apply until the domestic allowance has been fully consumed. Standard domestic rates apply thereafter.   

A standard SMS is limited to 160 characters. On exceeding 160 characters, a multi-part message may be created by your device, resulting in a charge for two or more SMS. The multi-part message may consume some of the 160 characters in these SMS in order to link them. All prices include VAT.   

5G is available on GoMo Mobile contracts entered after 8 April 2021.

Usage outside of your inclusive allowances will be charged as follows:

• Voicemail – Free
• Additional Minutes – 30c/Min
• SMS – 15c per SMS

Roaming Pricing

While we cannot guarantee coverage when you're travelling at sea, customers may be able to pick up Maritime service providers. Some airlines now allow passengers to use their mobiles during flights.

Maritime / in-flight roaming operators: INMARSAT, IRIDIUM, Aeromobile, Telenor Maritime, Onair, AT&T International, Thuraya, Epic International, Maritime Communications Partners.

Calls made while roaming in EEA destinations to all non-EEA destinations will be charged €1.49 per minute. Per minute billing applies.

Calls made while roaming in EEA destinations to all EEA Premium rate and non-geographic number ranges will be charged €1.29 per minute. Per minute billing applies.

The rates included in the above table to Make Call or Send SMS while roaming in the EEA will only apply if you exceed the fair usage allowance of 45,000 minutes and 10,000 SMS per month.

Per minute billing applies to all roaming calls. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Fair Usage

*You can use your any network calls & texts anywhere in the EU and they will be deducted from your allowances as they would at home. Should you use all of your allowance, the rates outlined in the table above apply.

We will send you an alert when you have used up your available EU data allowance of 23GB.
