Roaming

Your GoMo SIM is set up to roam in the EU automatically. You can use your calls,10,000 texts and up to 19GB of 5G Data in the EU.

If you cannot connect to data while roaming:

Check data settings to ensure your mobile data roaming is enabled. If you are roaming outside of the EU, make sure you have accepted all relevant T&C’s when prompted.

In the EU you will be charged for roaming if you exceed your allocated allowance of 19GB.

Data allowances if available at the time of roaming can be used while roaming in the EEA subject to fair use limits where applicable. EU roaming fair use allowance is calculated in line with Regulation (EU) No 531/2012 (as amended) and Data wholesale roaming price caps.

Where the domestic data allowance has not been fully consumed but the fair use allowance has been fully consumed, a surcharge rate of €1.60 per GB/€0.0016 per MB (based on Regulated rate of €1.30 per GB excl. VAT) will apply until the domestic allowance has been fully consumed. Standard domestic rates apply thereafter.

Your roaming allowance includes 19GB of data which can be used withing the EU. Calls & Texts are unlimited but are subject to fair usage.

If you reach your 19GB allowance of data while roaming in the EU, you may opt into using and accepting additional data charges.

You can use your calls, 10,000 texts and up to 19GB of roaming data anywhere in the EU while roaming.

Ensure that you have roaming turned off if you want to avoid roaming charges after you have reached your 19GB allowance.

If you are roaming within the EU, you will not pay to receive a call.

If you are roaming outside of the EU, you will pay for receiving calls.
