Good news, if we find active Broadband when we do our checks, we will ask you to give us your UAN from your current provider and we will automatically cancel your service when we move it.
If we don't detect broadband when we run our checks, we will let you know. If you do have broadband that we can't detect, you can fill in the form with all the relevant details and we will get in touch with them and cancel the service for you. It is essential that the details are correctly entered to enable us to do this for you.
Authorising us to switch your service for you has the following benefits:
- As soon as your Broadband service is connected, we will advise your old provider to immediately cancel your old broadband service.
- You do not need to contact your old provider to cancel service.
- You will not be required to give prior notice or pay for a notice period.
Depending on the underlying broadband network, you may be able to choose to order broadband from us and separately cancel with your old provider yourself, in which case the above benefits will not apply.
