Some GoMo Fibre Broadband orders need a visit from a technician to connect your home to the fibre network.
We'll confirm your appointment by email after you place your order.
Don't worry you will get a get a reminder call / text closer to the day which you will have to confirm so that the appointment will go ahead.
On the day, the technician will usually call before they arrive. The visit normally takes 1–2 hours, depending on the work needed at your home.
Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is at home for the appointment.
