If you decide you want to cancel your service and move your number to another provider, simply contact the mobile provider you wish to switch to. Your GoMo account will cancel once you move your number.

If you cancel outside your 14 day cooling off period your cancellation will take place from your next billing date. To keep your mobile number you must move your number to another network before your next billing date. We will send you an email to confirm your cancellation. You can stop your cancellation at any time before your next billing date. Just let us know here.
