My GoMo account
Please click on the chat icon in the bottom right of the screen where a member of our support team will assist with your account.
You can manage and update your contact preferences in your MyGoMo account, click ‘here‘ to update. There is a section for when you are a customer and when you’re not.
To change your username (email address) log into your MyGoMo account and update your username (email) in the My Profile section.
To change your password log into your MyGoMo account and update your password in the My Profile section.

You can edit your details by logging into MyGoMo and updating your details in the My Profile section.
Yes, you will receive an email to verify your email and set up your MyGoMo account after you place your order. Your account number will be in your welcome email which you will receive a few days later.
With your MyGoMo account you can easily manage your account. Check your bills, find your PIN/PUK, make changes to your account, update your payment details and much more. If you haven’t registered get started today!
To add another SIM to your account, simply go to our eShop. When you reach the ‘Customer Details’ page, login in (if you haven’t already) and we will populate all your details as it is in your account. Then all you have to do is complete your purchase.
Remember you can have up to 4 SIMs per account.

Remember, if you have the €9.99 a month for life plan and you cancel this from your account you will not be able to get your €9.99 plan again and you may lose your number.
